Jones Lang LaSalle completes a lease for IBM

Jones Lang LaSalle Morocco was appointed by IBM, leader company in manufacturing and selling computer hardware and software, to take responsibility of it real estate interests for Rabat whilst aligning with the firm’s growth strategy in North Africa. Jones Lang LaSalle participated from inception of the project, acquisition, negotiation and providing advice all along.

IBM had a requirement for 800 sqm in one of the prime locations in Rabat and strategize with the Tenant Repteam to be able to negotiate with  a state subsidiary (landlord) following IBM high standards and specifications. 15 assets were proposed to IBM but they insisted on having a site that was originally an off market product hence thiswas a constraint that did not impede Jones Lang LaSalle in securing the only asset that they were interested in.
